Curing SCADA solutions are based on SIEMENS WinCC and connect all Curing Presses thus enabling central monitoring and planning of Curing Recipes. MES solutions cover plant wide MIS, Tire Genealogy, ERP connectivity and are based on Siemens Simatic IT along required customisations.

Smart Controls has proven MES solutions for Automotive sector. These solutions include middleware to connect Assembly lines with SAP systems. These solutions have been implemented over Engine and Axle Assembly lines but the concept can be extended to any Assembly line existing in the Automotive sector. Middleware takes the production requests from the SAP systems and downloads the same to plant level controllers and passes the production information from plant level controllers back to SAP, all in a completely secured manner.

Smart Controls has proven Automation and Digital Solutions for Spinning Lines, Polyester Staple Fiber Lines, Fabric Dipping Lines and has installed it’s solutions in South East Asia, China, Europe and United States. These solutions are based on Siemens PLC’s, Drives & SCADA. Digital solutions in the fibre industry is implemented on SmartGate Digital portal of Smart Controls. The Smart Gate Portal has strong AI Engine to predict quality online. Smart Controls can implement these solutions in brown field projects with minimum shut down times.
Smart Controls has state of the art solution for Airport Metro Baggage Handling System wherein the baggage is checked in by the passenger at a Metro Station and the baggage is then stuffed into containers which is transported by Metro train to Airport. Finally baggage is destuffed from the containers at the airport and delivered on the airport baggage belt. The biggest challenge in this such project is to create a large communication network and ensure that the container movement is so efficient that the baggage is delivered from check-in counter at Metro station to Airport baggage belt within a stipulated time frame. Also as per security norms the baggage location was to be tracked all through this journey.
